The Board of Directors of Apollo Pipes Ltd at its meeting held on October 22, 2021, has considered and approved the recommendation of issue of bonus equity Shares in the proportion of 2 (Two) equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of members and other approvals, consents, permissions, conditions and sanctions, as may be necessary.
