Indian Energy Exchange Ltd Board recommends 2:1 Bonus Issue

The board of directors of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd has recommended the Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the proportion of 2 (Two) Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot i.e. in compliance with the applicable laws.
