Mr. Suresh Bharathwaj (holding Director Identification Number : 09330455), has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd for a period of 3 years w.e.f. October 18, 2021 subject to approval of the Shareholders.

Mr. Suresh Bharthwaj, aged 56 years, holds a bachelors' degree in Commerce and he is also a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 27 years of experience in financing and accounting field. Mr. Suresh is a Senior Finance and Accounts Professional with a rich and diverse experience across sectors with experience in multinational companies and large Indian Corporations. He has held various senior management positions in companies like Kores, Carrier, ILFS Educations, L& T Finance, Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, Go Airlines, Renuka Sugars etc.
