Sonata Software Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Sonata Software Ltd at its meeting held on October 19, 2021, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 8.00 per share (800% on par value of Rs. 1/-) for the financial year 2021-22.

The Record date for the purpose of payment of the Interim Dividend will be on Monday, 1st November 2021.

The Interim Dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on or after November 11, 2021 through Electronic mode or by dividend warrants, as applicable.
