Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd at their meeting held today, have declared an interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22, of INR 15.00/- per equity share of face value of Re.1 each fully paid-up and the same shall be paid to equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of Company or in records of Depositories as beneficial owners of equity shares as on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, which is record date fixed for the said purpose.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5907.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6098.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33124 in over 6974 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6225.30 and intraday low of 5862.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 198415480.00.
