Quadrant Televentures Ltd receives notice from lead bank of lenders

Quadrant Televentures Ltd has received a Notice from the Lead Bank of the Consortium of the Lenders of the Company i.e. IDBI Bank ("The Bank") under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of the Financial Assests and Enforcement of Security interest Act, 2002 vide Registered Post delivered today at the Corporate Office of the Company.

The Bank is desirous to enforce its security Interest in respect of Secured Immovable Non-core Assets of the Company situated at Mumbai and Surat. The said action by the Bank is not expected to hamper the operations of the Company in any manner.

Shares of Quadrant Televentures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 0.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 0.42. The total number of shares traded during the day was 99600 in over 15 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 0.42 and intraday low of 0.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40480.00.
