Jagdish Capoor resigns from Manappuram Finance Ltd

Mr. Jagdish Capoor (DIN: 00002516), Independent Non-Executive Director & Chairman of the Board has tendered his resignation and is stepping down as director from the Board with effect from October 18,2021. Mr. Jagdish Capoor also confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation, other than those mentioned in his resignation letter.
