R & B Denims Ltd fixes Oct 29, 2021 as record date for stock split

The members of R & B Denims Ltd through postal ballot have approved sub-division of Equity shares of the Company from One (1) Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10/- each (Rupees Ten Only) into Five (5) equity share having face value of Rs. 2/- each (Rupees Two Only) fully paid up.

October 29, 2021 has been fixed as the record date to determine the shareholders eligible for receiving the new equity shares post split / sub-division.

Shares of R&B Denims Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 158.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 152.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9934 in over 129 trades.
