Aditri Gems and Jewels Industries Ltd announces changes in management

The Board of Directors of Aditri Gems and Jewels Industries Ltd at its meeting held on October 16, 2021, have announced the following changes have been occurred in the management of the Company.

Mr. Mukesh Sharma (DIN-08972239) has resigned from the post of Additional Director of the Company w.e.f 12th August, 2021, for which FORM DIR-12 vide SRN T53025516 been filed with the concerned Registrar of Companies.

The noting for resignation of the same has been made by the company in the previous board meeting dated 12th August 2021.

The resignation of Rashmi Katiyal from the position of Independent Director of the company w.e.f. 16th October 2021.
