Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited fixes Nov 2, 2021 as record date for bonus issue

Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited has fixed Tuesday, November 2, 2021 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 5 (Five) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through postal ballot.
