SRF Ltd allots 23,69,80,820 Bonus Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of SRF Ltd, at its meeting held today, allotted 23,69,80,820 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully-paid up Bonus Equity Shares, in the proportion of Four (4) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every One (1) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the register of Members / list of beneficial owners as on October 14, 2021, i.e. record date fixed for this purpose.

Consequently, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 59,24,52,050 divided into 5,92,45,205 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 296,22,60,250 divided into 29,62,26,025 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of SRF Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2411.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2406.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 100582 in over 8195 trades.
