Radhika Jeweltech Ltd board to consider migration from SME platform

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Radhika Jeweltech Ltd is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 21st October, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. at the registered office of the Company at 3-4-5, Raj Shrungi Complex, Palace Road, Rajkot, Gujarat, 360001, to consider the migration of the Company from SME Plateform of BSE Limited to Main Board of BSE Limited in terms of the provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.

The board will consider to take the approval from the shareholders of the Postal Ballot for the abovementioned agendas, if approved and consider any other matter incidental and consequential thereto.

Shares of Radhika Jeweltech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 82.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 108800 in over 50 trades.
