HCL Technologies Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 10 for FY22

The Board of Directors of HCL Technologies Ltd has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.10/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Record date of October 23, 2021 fixed for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend has been confirmed by the Board of Directors. The Payment date of the said interim dividend shall be November 8, 2021.

Shares of HCL Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1250.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1265.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 473122 in over 27010 trades.
