Aarti Industries Ltd appoints additional director

Based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of Aarti Industries Ltd in its meeting held today, i.e. October 14, 2021 appointed Mrs. Natasha Kersi Treasurywala (DIN: 07049212) as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect for a period of three years, subject to approval of the Shareholders.
