Tata Consumer Products Ltd announces resignation of independent director

Mr. S. Santhanakrishnan (DIN: 00032049) vide his letter dated October 12, 2021 has tendered his resignation from the office of Independent Director of Tata Consumer Products Limited with effect from close of business hours of October 12, 2021, due to the proposal for appointment of the Firm in which he is a partner, as the Statutory Auditors of a group company.

Mr. Santhanakrishnan has confirmed that there are no other reasons for his resignation, other than those mentioned in his resignation letter.
