MindTree Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of directors of MindTree Ltd at its meeting on Oct 13, 2021 has approved Interim dividend of Rs. 10.00/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each. The record date for payment of the interim dividend will be October 22, 2021. Interim dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on or before November 12, 2021.
