Goldstone Technologies Ltd allots 1,58,00,000 Equity Shares on Preferential Basis

The Board of Directors of Goldstone Technologies Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., 11th October 2021 at Registered Office of the Company, have approved the allotment of 1,58,00,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each at an issue price of Rs.14.30/- (Rupees Fourteen and Thirty paisa only) per equity share, by Preferential allotment to the allottees named below. These shares shall rank pari-pasu, in all respects with existing Equity Shares of the Company:

M/s. Trinity lnfraventures Limited - 1,51,00,000 equity shares (Rs. 21,59,30,000)
Mr. Srinivas Pagadala - 7,00,000 equity shares (Rs. 1,00,10,000)

Consequent upon the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from 1,87,82,066 equity shares (Rs. 18,78,20,660) to 3,45,82,066 equity shares (Rs. 34,58,20,660)

Shares of Goldstone Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 41.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 41.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 83194 in over 284 trades.
