Sobha Ltd announces resignation of Mr. Sumeet Jagdish Puri

Mr. Sumeet Jagdish Puri (DIN: 01971801) has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from October 7, 2021, due to shifting of residence outside India and other personal reasons. Mr. Sumeet Jagdish Puri has also confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation.

Consequently, Mr. Sumeet Jagdish Puri shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Remuneration and Governance Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Board effective October 7, 2021.
