HDFC has sold more shares of Ansal Housing

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) had earlier announced about the invocation on 46,20,000 shares of Ansal Housing Limited (Ansal) aggregating 7.78% of its paid-up share capital by the Corporation, for recovery of part outstanding dues against loans availed by pledgers / borrowers. The company had earlier announced on September 25, 2021 about the sale of 12,67,504 shares representing 2.13% of the paid-up share capital of Ansal.

Out of the above-mentioned invoked shares, the Corporation has further sold 13,84,664 shares representing 2.33% of the paid-up share capital of Ansal, which includes sale of 11,65,400 shares representing 1.96% of the paid-up share capital of Ansal done on October 7, 2021.

Shares of Ansal Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6.47 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 607047 in over 801 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7.09 and intraday low of 6.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4120803.00.

Shares of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2728.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2748.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23386 in over 1736 trades.
