Shri JK Jain, Joint President and Chief Financial Officer of Banswara Syntex Ltd has tendered his resignation on 5th October, 2021 from the services of the Company, received on 6th October, 2021 and he will be relieved from the services of the Company effective from 10th November, 2021 after the closure of the business hours.
