Race Eco Chain Ltd board approves migration from SME platform

The Board of Directors of Race Eco Chain Ltd at their meeting held on today i.e., 6th October, 2021, considered and approved the migration of the Company from BSE SME platform to Main Board of BSE Ltd (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE), subject to the approval of members, the BSE, the NSE and other regulatory approvals.

The board approved the amendment in the Articles of Association to better align certain provisions of the Articles of Association as perlisting requirements.

The board also approved the notice of Postal Ballot for obtaining the consent of shareholders on the aforesaid proposals.

Shares of Race Eco Chain Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 236.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 237.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5625 in over 9 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 242.00 and intraday low of 236.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1337968.00.
