Divyashakti Granites Ltd to change name as Divyashakti Ltd

The company has proposed to change the name of the Company from "DIVYASHAKTI GRANITES LIMITED" to "DIVYASHAKTI LIMITED" and corresponding change in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders, the Registrar of Companies, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and such other statutory authorities, as may be required.
