Man Infraconstruction Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 1.26

The Board of Directors of Man Infraconstruction Ltd has approved / recommended the declaration of Interim Dividend for FY 2021-22.

The board approved the Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.26 per equity share (i.e. 63%) on 24,75,00,270 Equity Shares having Face Value of Rs. 2/- each, for the Financial Year 2021-22. The Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for the said Interim Dividend has been fixed as Thursday, 14th October, 2021 and the said dividend shall be paid / dispatched on Friday, 29th October, 2021.
