Vikram Nuvotech India Pvt Ltd terminates PPA with K P I Global Infrastructure Ltd

K P I Global Infrastructure Ltd have received the Termination letter from M/s. Vikram Nuvotech India Pvt Ltd (Earlier known as Pioneer Syntex Pvt. Ltd.), Surat for terminating the Power Purchase Agreement ('PPA') signed for the Capacity of 1.25 MW Solar Power Plant under 'Independent Power Producer (IPP)' segment of the Company.

Shares of K.P.I. Global Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 129.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 128.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2116 in over 75 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 130.6 and intraday low of 126.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 273811.
