Piccadily Sugar allots 50 Lakhs shares

Piccadily Sugar & Allied Industries Ltd has announced that the Company in its meeting held on April 26, 2008, has allotted 50,00,000 (Fifty Lacs) Equity shares amounting to Rs 5 Crores to M/s. Soon- N- Sure Holdings Ltd in pursuance of the Clause No. 4(ii) of the orders of the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) in case of 181/200 dated March 13, 2008 wherein Promoters and associates of the Company have been permitted to raise fresh Equity of 50,00,000 (Fifty Lacs) Equity shares amounting to Rs 5.00 Crores.

Further the Company has informed that, the new Paid up Capital of the Company will be Rs 29,50,90,530 instead of Rs 24,50,90,530.
