Four Soft Ltd has informed BSE that the Company and the world’s Largest transportation and Logistics software product company announced its plans to establish a technology centre in Pune. The technology centre is likely to start functioning from August 01, 2006 onwards.
The technology centre is going to function on the Company’s core products using leading J2EE methodologies. The Company is venturing into a multi site software development, the integration & delivery of which will be done from Hyderabad.
Keeping in line with their expansion plans, they are planning to hire 200-300 professionals by the end of this year. Recently, the Company has added more space in their training centre in Hyderabad.
Mr Srikanth Palem, CEO & Managing Director, of the Company said, "Availability of skilled quality resources is one of the major reasons to open a technology centre in a strategic location like Pune. The availability of a good number of educational Institutes and a better environment are the other major factor that will serve our growing needs."
Dr Kalyan Gangavarapu, COO, of the Company said, "In line with our new product strategy and integration plan of acquired entities we need to expand our team and facility to strengthen our J2EE products. We are also looking at business options to open technology centres in other global locations."
