Central Bank of India sanctions OTS proposal of Intec Capital Ltd

Central Bank of India ("Bank") vide its letter dated 27th September 2021 and received today i.e. 29th September 2021, has sanctioned the proposal of One Time Settlement (OTS) towards total dues of Rs. 7.45 Crores for a consolidated agreed amount of Rs. 3.70 Crores to be paid in installments by 30th September 2021.

Further, Company has made conditional acceptance that the said payment will be made by 31st December 2021 as per the acceptance letter given to the Bank.

Shares of Intec Capital Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 15.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27 in over 1 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15.2 and intraday low of 15.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 410.
