SC dismisses Adani Total Gas Ltd's appeal in Ahmedabad distribution area

Adani Total Gas Ltd had in addition to Ahmedabad and Daskori area claimed deemed authorization for Sanand, Bavla & Dholka (rural areas of Ahmedabad City). Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 28th September, 2021 has pronounced its judgement dismissing Company's appeal. The company is examining the detailed judgement and will take suitable course of action, the sales volume from these three areas of Sanand, Bavla & Dholka are in the range of 80,000 SCMD (less than 4% of total volume) out of total sales volume of ATGL in the range of 21 Lakhs SCMD.

Shares of ADANI TOTAL GAS LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1410 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1400.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7827 in over 493 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1430 and intraday low of 1380. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11086429.
