SRF Limited fixes Oct 14, 2021 as recrod date for bonus issue

The Board of Directors of SRF Limited has fixed Thursday, October 14, 2021 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 4 (Four) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through Postal Ballot.

Shares of SRF Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10926 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11144.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18632 in over 3676 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11145.05 and intraday low of 10751. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 204316996.
