Raghuvir Synthetics Ltd board fixes Oct 29, 2021 as record date for stock split

The Board of Directors of Raghuvir Synthetics Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, 28th September, 2021, which commenced at 2:30 P.M. and concluded at 3:00 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Rakhial Road, Rakhial, Ahmedabad-380023, Gujarat, have fixed 'Friday, 29th October, 2021' as the 'Record Date' for the split/sub-division of equity shares of the Company from existing face value of Rs. 10/- into 10 equity shares of Re. 1/- each (i.e. split of 1 equity share of Rs. 10/- into 10 equity shares of Re. 1/- each), which was approved by the Board and Shareholders in their respective meetings held on 10th August, 2021 and 15th September, 2021, respectively.

Further, the shares of those members whose name appear in the Register of Members on Friday, 29th October, 2021, will be split into 10 equity shares for every 1 equity share they hold.

Shares of Raghuvir Synthetics Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 715 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 700.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 778 in over 33 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 720 and intraday low of 703. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 553575.
