Unison Metals Ltd has announced that the Record Date for determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders of the Company for the Bonus Shares has been Fixed by the Board at 8th October, 2021 Subject to the approval by the shareholders for issuance of Bonus shares and Increase authorized share capital of the Company as proposed Notice of AGM dated September 6, 2021.
