IndusInd Bank Ltd completes sale of balance shares of McLeod Russel India Ltd

IndusInd Bank Ltd has yesterday, September 27, 2021 sold balance holdings of 43,69,267 Equity Shares of McLeod Russel India Ltd.

The bank had earlier announced the acquisition of 50,00,000 Equity shares of McLeod Russel India Ltd. ('McLeod') on September 23, 2021, pursuant to Invocation of Pledge of Shares and had sold 6,30,733 Equity shares of McLeod before.

Shares of IndusInd Bank Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1152.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1162.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 74244 in over 3419 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1177.75 and intraday low of 1145. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 86494567.
