Orient Paper & Industries Ltd reappoints MD

The Board of Directors of Orient Paper & Industries Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., September 27, 2021, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company, have re-appointed Mr. Manohar Lal Pachisia (DIN: 00065431), as Managing Director of the Company, for a period of 6 months, i.e. from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.

The Company proposes to seek approval of the shareholders for the above re-appointment by way of Postal Ballot.
