Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC reserves 1,944,000 shares to shareholders of Aditya Birla Capital Ltd

The company has announced the reservation of up to 1,944,000 equity shares, for purchase by individual and Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) who are public shareholders of Aditya Birla Capital Limited ('ABCL' / 'the Company') excluding depository receipt holders of ABCL and such other persons not eligible to invest in IPO of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited (ABSLAMC) under applicable laws, rules, regulations and guidelines, as on the date of filing of RHP i.e. 22 September 2021 ("ABCL Shareholders").

Shares of Aditya Birla Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 115.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113. The total number of shares traded during the day was 381744 in over 2920 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 119.2 and intraday low of 113.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 44420727.
