Century Plyboards India Ltd increases stake in Century Infotech Ltd to 99.99%

Century Plyboards (India) Ltd has announced that the percentage of shareholding of the Company in its Subsidiary, Century Infotech Ltd. has increased from 99.81% to 99.99% consequent upon acquisition of 9180 shares from the other existing shareholders.

Century Infotech Ltd. is not a material subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 435 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 430.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48628 in over 2466 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 438.5 and intraday low of 418.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20994406.
