Xelpmoc Design and Tech Ltd has sold its stake in Madworks Ventures Pvt Ltd

Xelpmoc Design and Tech Ltd has sold/disposed entire stake held by it in its Associate Company Madworks Ventures Private Limited (MVPL). Accordingly, MVPL has ceased as an Associate Company of the Company.

The entire stake was purchased by Mr. A K Madhavan, who is a relative of promoter/Director of Madworks Ventures Private Limited, Associate Company, related party and the said transaction is done at arm's length i.e. on the basis of value of share derived as per the applicable law.

Further, Mr. A K Madhavan does not belong to the promoter / promoter group / group companies of the company.

Shares of Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 388.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 379.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4042 in over 207 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 394 and intraday low of 368.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1558077.
