TPL Plastech Ltd allots 78,00,300 Equity Shares

TPL Plastech Ltd has allotted 78,00,300 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each on September 24, 2021 as fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 1 (one) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for every 1 (one) fully paid Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the members whose names appeared in the Register of Members and Register of Beneficial Owners as per the particulars obtained from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as on September 18, 2021, being the Record Date fixed for that purpose.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of Bonus Equity Shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 15,60,06,000 divided in 1,56,00,600 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up.

Shares of TPL Plastech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 200 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 201.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6732 in over 194 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 205.5 and intraday low of 199. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1371287.
