Unison Metals Ltd to invest in Chandanpani Pvt Ltd

The Board of directors of Unison Metals Limited has decided to invest Rs.50,00,000 in wholly owned subsidiary named Chandanpani Private Limited.

Chandanpani Private Limited will issue Equity shares instead this investment.

Shares of Unison Metals Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 152.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 145.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1654 in over 14 trades.
