Axis Bank Ltd board to approve Q2, H1FY22 results on Oct 26, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors (the 'Board') of Axis Bank Limited (the 'Bank') will be held through Video Conference on Tuesday, 26th October, 2021 and will continue on Wednesday, 27th October, 2021 at the Corporate Office of the Bank at Axis House, C - 2, Wadia International Centre, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400 025.

At the meeting to be held on Tuesday, 26th October, 2021, the Board will consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank and the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ending as on 30th September, 2021, subject to a limited review by the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank and as recommended by the Audit Committee of the Board.

The trading window (blackout period) for trading in shares / securities of the Bank has commenced from Tuesday, 21st September, 2021 and will continue up to Thursday, 28th October, 2021 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Share Dealing Code - October 2020, formulated and adopted by the Bank, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.

Shares of AXIS Bank Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 812.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 788.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2461407 in over 11396 trades.
