Malabar India Fund Limited pays balance due on warrants of HLE Glascoat Ltd

Malabar India Fund Limited, a category I Foreign Portfolio Investor to whom the Series B Warrants were issued at a price of Rs. 1,385 per Warrant by HLE Glascoat Limited (formerly Swiss Glascoat Equipments Limited) (the "Company"), on a preferential allotment basis and had paid 25% of the Warrant price as application money, has today made payment of balance money on partly paid up Series B Warrants.

Accordingly, the Company has received the remainder amount of Rs. 19,99,12,631.25 due on the Series B 1,92,455 Warrants.

Shares of HLE GLASCOAT LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6521 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6466.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8300 in over 1241 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6684.65 and intraday low of 6427.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 54514156.
