Navneet Tech Ventures Pvt Ltd increases stake in Genext to 51.80%

Navneet Tech Ventures Private Limited ('NTVPL')' a wholly owned subsidiary of Navneet Education Limited has completed purchase of shares from existing shareholders of Genext Students Private Limited ('Genext') and Genext has allotted further Equity Shares to NTVPL. Upon completion of entire transaction, NTVPL holds 51.80% of Paid up Share Capital of Genext and accordingly Genext has become subsidiary of NTVPL and Step Down subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Navneet Education Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 100.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 100.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18980 in over 409 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 102.75 and intraday low of 100.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1924710.
