JTL Infra Ltd fixes Sep 22, 2021 as record date for stock split

The Board of Directors of JTL Infra Ltd, at its meeting held today i.e. September 22, 2021, has fixed Saturday, October 16, 2021 as the Record date for determining eligibility of members for the purpose of sub-division of each equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each into five (5) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
