Godrej Industries Ltd to issue NCDs for Rs. 750 crore

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Industries Ltd has today, i.e. on September 21, 2021, approved the Placement Memorandum / Information Memorandum for issuance of upto 7,500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred) Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having Face Value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) each, aggregating to Rs.750 Crore (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Crore Only) on private placement basis.

Shares of Godrej Industries Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 553.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 546.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10041 in over 635 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 560.05 and intraday low of 539.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5575157.
