Choice International Ltd secures IRDAI nod for stake acquisition

Choice International Ltd has secured approval from "Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI)" for acquiring 50% Stake in "M/s. Choice Insurance Broking India Private Limited".

Shares of Choice International Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 150.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 150.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16081 in over 232 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 156.8 and intraday low of 146. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2443252.
