Zydus Healthcare Limited to sell two brands Mifegest and Cytolog

Zydus Healthcare Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cadila Healthcare Ltd has entered into an agreement today i.e. September 20, 2021 with Integrace Private Limited ("Purchaser") to sell two brands viz. Mifegest and Cytolog.

The said transaction is expected to be completed within 30 days from the date of execution of agreement subject to customary approvals.

Purchaser is a part of the portfolio companies of PE firm True North. The said transaction is not a related party transaction.

Shares of Cadila Healthcare Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 546.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 557.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 417092 in over 6188 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 559.95 and intraday low of 541.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 230999704.
