Mr. Sumit Kumar Shaw - Chief Financial Officer of Websol Energy System Ltd, has tendered resignation dated 19.09.2021 and he will be relieved from the duties effective 20.09.2021. The Company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer.
