Mukand Ltd announces retirement of MD, Joint MD

The Board of Directors of Mukand Ltd at its meeting held on 18th September, 2021 has considered and accepted the request of Shri Rajesh V. Shah for his retirement as Co-Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1st October, 2021 and considered and accepted the request of Shri Suketu V. Shah for his retirement as Joint Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1st October, 2021.

Shares of Mukand Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 143 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 144.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10474 in over 81 trades.
