Bajaj Finance Ltd invests Rs. 195.54 crore in Bajaj Finserv Direct Ltd

Bajaj Finance Ltd has, as on date, invested an amount of Rs. 195.54 crore in Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited(BFSD). Further, the balance investment of approximately Rs. 89 crore is expected to be completed in one or more tranches by the end of the current financial year.

BFSD is primarily engaged in business of distribution of financial products through digital marketplace.

BFSD is registered with Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India as a composite Corporate Agent for distribution of insurance (life and general) products in India.

Shares of Bajaj Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7427.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7410.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 107632 in over 12974 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7676 and intraday low of 7363.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 810825363.
