Matrimony.com Limited to acquire 100% stake in Boatman Tech Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Matrimony.com Limited has proposed to acquire 100% stake in Boatman Tech Pvt Ltd, that the Company has completed the necessary closing conditions with respect to the acquisition of 100% stake in the above Company.

The Board of Directors approved proposal to form incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Bangladesh, we wish to inform that the wholly owned subsidiary Company under the name "Bangladeshi Matrimony Private Limited" has been incorporated and came into existence.

Shares of Matrimony.com Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1031.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1029.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4310 in over 788 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1056.65 and intraday low of 1019.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4495660.
