Cosmo Films Ltd board declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of Cosmo Films Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. September 16, 2021, has approved the declaration of First Interim dividend (F.Y 2021-22) on the Equity Shares of the Company @250% i.e. Rs. 25/- per equity share.

The dividend on Equity Share, shall be paid on or before October 15, 2021 to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Tuesday, September 28, 2021.

Shares of Cosmo Films Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1491.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1535.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15289 in over 2325 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1550.05 and intraday low of 1489.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23057233.
